Thank you for shopping with Kaapsche Hollandsche. If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we will be more than happy to process a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Any queries, please refer to our website or contact sales@kaapschehollandsche.com
• Please send us an email to request the return. Complete the returns form and enclose it within your parcel, with the returned item(s). It is preferred that you use the original packaging with our name and address clearly stated. Please ensure china items are returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from Postnet as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Once the items have been received back at our warehouse, we can then action the exchange or refund for you, as required. We can also arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel from your home. You will need to be at home to hand over the parcel. There is a charge for this service. Please get in touch with us if you would like more information.
Gifts
If you have received a gift and would like to exchange or return it for gift vouchers, please get in touch within our returns period, with as many details as possible with regards to the gift-giver (an order reference number would be best, but if you don’t have this information, the name, postcode or email address will help), so that we can locate the order on our systems.
A gift can be returned for an exchange or gift vouchers for the amount purchased. Please note that an email will be sent to the original person who made the order, when the return or exchange is completed. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.If an item received as a gift has developed a fault, please get in touch with as many details as possible with regards to the gift-giver (e.g. name, postcode, email address, order reference), and an image of the fault, so that we can look into the matter further for you and advise of next steps.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kaapsche Hollandsche- Postnet Paarl – 282 Main Road- Sanlam Building- Paarl 7646.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns policy for international orders
Our Return Policy applies for international orders too, however please note that we cannot offer exchanges on international orders. Once your item has been refunded, you will need to place a separate order via our website.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us free of charge. Inside your parcel, you will find a UPS return shipping label. Return shipments are accepted within 14 days after the receipt. If you are unable to return your order to us within this period, we friendly ask you or inform us by email via sales@kaapschehollandsche.com.
